1. Click the "Create Adobe PDF Online" button
(at right) to begin the creation process.
The Create Adobe PDF Online page will open.
2. Where is the file that you want to convert into
a PDF? If the file is on your computer click on "Select a File".
If the file is a web page assessable on the web, click "Submit
a URL".
3. In the new window that opens, Browse to the
file on your computer or enter the URL (web address) of the file
you wish to convert to a PDF and click "Continue".
4. Conversion preferences have been preset for
you to meet the processing needs of Capitol Blueprint. You should
not have to make any changes to the conversion options.
5. Under the heading "Conversion Settings"
first verify that the "Filename" matches that of the file
you are converting (section 1). Leave the two check boxes unchecked.
6. Section 2 Security Options should be set to
"No Security".
7. Section 3 Delivery Method should be set to "Wait
for PDF conversion in browser".
8. When you are ready to start your conversion,
click the "Create PDF" button. And wait for the conversion
to complete.
9. When the conversion has completed click the
"View PDF" button to open your new PDF in Adobe Reader
and review the file.
10. If you are happy with the conversion you can
now save the new PDF to your computer by clicking the "save"
button in Adobe Reader.
11. Log out of the Adobe page by clicking "log
out" near the top of the page and then use Capitol Blueprint’s
Online Job Tool to send
us your new PDF for printing!
